It's summer already even though the weather doesn't think so and time for me to catch up with my blog.
I've been busy generating some new work much of which is currently being added to my online store on Etsy which you can access following this link

I had a great time in May at the Saltaire Art Festival,
my first proper one of the year although I joined
West Yorkshire Print Workshops on their stand
at the Hepworth Print Fair in March, Saltaire
was the first opportunity I've had this year to show my new prints together as a group and I think they went down quite well with the visitors so that's always a boost.
Met some great artists, made a few new friends
and also sold a few pieces along the way
so a successful weekend all round I think.
I've also managed to restock new work with my galleries now so if you live locally there's All Good Stuff on Arundel Street in Sheffield, if you're up near the borders there's Gallery Number 4 in St Abb's, Eyemouth or travelling down south then look into Shire Hall Gallery in Staffs.
Now I'm busy planning and making new work for my next art fair coming up on the 26th of June, The Art Market at Holmfirth which I'm really looking forward too. It's a really friendly event in a great setting with some amazing artwork on display and of course to buy. Click on the image to find out more...
After this I have a very busy July ahead of me with Sheffield Print fair at the Millennium Gallery, a group exhibition at Foxtail Gallery in Holmfirth as part of Holmfirth Art week fringe, then a solo show at the Anglers Rest in Bamford, Derbyshire so lots of printing, dashing off to the framers at the last minute, packing and unloading the car, mounting and hanging prints will be afoot I think for me over the next few weeks. I will post more on these events as and when they get closer.
